Can I attend if I can't swim?
Absolutely! Your safety is our priority. We will ensure you are kept in the shallow end of the pool and our lifeguard will be aware. We will not leave you to float until we are confident that you feel safe and comfortable.

What do I need to bring?
We provide all flotation devices for your session. Simply bring yourself, an open heart, a towel, suitable swimwear, and a bottle of water.
Are there any medical considerations for attending?
Please note the following medical contraindications:

It is not recommended to attend sessions during the 1st and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
What is suitable swimwear?
You can wear standard swimwear such as a swimsuit or trunks. If you prefer, you can also wear additional clothing like a t-shirt or cover-up. We promote body positivity, and our aim is for you to feel comfortable. If you have any questions about what is suitable, please don't hesitate to ask.

Will I get cold during the session?
Not to worry! The pool is indoors and heated to a comfortable 32°C (89.6°F). Additionally, the changing area is kept nice and warm to ensure your comfort throughout the experience.

How will I feel during and after the session?
The experience is unique to each individual. Some people find themselves drifting into a state of relaxation, simply bobbing along and daydreaming. Others may enter a meditative and insightful zone. During the session, you will feel weightless as you float, and afterward, you may feel anything from relaxed to refreshed and energetic. It's worth noting that 90% of our clients report enjoying very sound sleep for days after their session.

What is grounding and why is it important after a session?
Grounding refers to connecting back to the present moment. After your session, we facilitate grounding to help you feel grounded, present, and able to carry out the rest of your day with a sense of clarity and focus.
